She talks about the evolution of Asimov's magazine, and short genre fiction in general. She also describes her day-to-day life as a fiction magazine editor.
The interview was originally included as part of episode #229 of Fast Forward: Contemporary Science Fiction.

This interview was recorded at the Capclave Science Fiction convention in October, 2009.
