Zet-Mixer machines are used in the manufacturing of high-viscosity products. Rotation of the specially shaped “Z” mixing pallets with a horizontal mixing system in the vessel at different speeds and in both directions, provides an extremely homogenous kneading and mixing.

STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS AND MODELS
Zet-Mixer machines are manufactured in standart capacities as laboratory models ( 600 ml, 3 and 5 liters) and production models (50, 100, 300, 600, 1000 and 2000 liters) in standard capacities. The internal walls of the mixing vessel made of AISI 304-L quality stainless steel and the mixing pallets made of steel casting are standard. In addition, it is also offered as a standard feature that the product discharge screw (extruder) can work in both directions as well as ‘‘Z’’ mixing pallets. Thanks to the special form of the mixing pallets, it offers an effective mix in a much shorter time than conventional “Z” type mixers. There are two different types of discharge system in the machine. In extruder models, the product inside the vessel is taken out of the vessel with the help of extruder (worm screw). In tilting models, the vessel is rotated at an angle of 110 degrees with the help of pneumatic or, in some models, hydraulic systems, and the product is taken out of the vessel.
