The house is on the beach and has direct beach front access. It is about a five minute walk on the beach from Playa Negra Resort.

If you surf, you will just need to walk down to the beach and pick your spot as its located right next to the surf break. If you are with your family, you get the privacy of your own house, but also can walk over to the resort for a quick bite.

The house is managed by Jarrod Guidry, an American by birth but he lives in Playa Negra, around one mile from this house. This is particularly useful as if you have any special requests such as activities, a masseuse or a personal chef, you just need to ask and he can facilitate.
