Aces High by. Iron Maiden Vocal Cover

She FORCED me into orchestra but yknow what? That’s okay because I learned all my basics in music from playing violin and I don’t regret any of the time I spent practicing and playing it. (Violin covers are coming, just need Mother to send my violin to me)
Then I bullied her into putting me into vocal lessons and wow did SHE regret THAT. She got to hear endless hours of My Chemical Romance and The Used and me belting and screaming along and at first, what a headache, but she really saw I was fucking serious.
My mom put me through years of Rock Camp USA in Austin, Texas and those years truly shaped the foundation that makes me the musician I am today and I could never thank her enough for allowing me such life changing experiences.
If it wasn’t for my mom, I wouldn’t have the career I have today. She truly has been the only constant support in my life since day one and I don’t take that for granted. I was lucky to have been passed down her musical talent and that’s why I try my hardest to make her proud with every move I make in my career.
I love you so much, Mommy and I’m sorry this is a little late and I know I need to call you more but just know that I love you with all my heart and no matter the distance, you will always be my rock and the reason I’m such a strong, talented, independent women today.
Happy Mother’s Day and cheers to you for having such extraordinary talent in music, for being such a strong, inspiring influence for me as I grew up, and cheers for the love I have for you.
I will for sure see you soon so here’s this cover of your favorite Iron Maiden song.
I covered this song for one of my first Rock Camp bands in 2008 and the only reason I chose this song to have my band to cover was because my mom loved it.
I love you so much and also, Happy Birthday mummy. I hope this cover made your birthday a little bit better since I know you have a stomach bug.
