Went to the Chamorro Village again to check out a new restaurant that just opened up early April 2017. "Mama Peaches Cajun Hut" located behind the main pavilion/dance floor. It is one of the hidden treasures of Guam. The only cajun restaurant straight from Louisiana with Mama Peaches' signature dishes, made fresh daily.
I tried her Crawfish Etouffee, one of her most recommended dishes. Like she said, "Taste so good, it gonna make you wanna kiss yo momma!!" I believe this is the ONLY cajun restaurant here on Guam. I met Mama and had a little chat with her. She is so down to earth. I met Papa as well. They are SUPER FRIENDLY, as well as the staffs. Take pictures with the mascot!!
