If you've decided to try out the Bambach Saddle Seat free for 30 days, you obviously want to sit well, be well, and avoid all the problems that come with the traditional way we sit. You're about to embark on a rewarding journey. But first, of course, you've got to get the seat out of the box.

Your Bambach Saddle Seat will arrive pre-assembled, with the exception of the backrest. That fits in a housing at the back of the seat cradle, and fixing it in place is easy.

All you've got to do is first remove your seat and the backrest from their box. Then, simply place the long rod on the backrest in the housing on the back of the seat. Position the backrest and tighten the round knob on the Right-Hand side of the seat until it is hand-tight.

OK, but what happens if you decide to return the seat. It's easy to pack it up. Just undo the knob and pull out the backrest. Get the original box out and pack the seat and backrest in the box. Then fold the flaps back down and tape the seams down. It's very straight-forward.
