----------------- Hey guys this video shows you how to replace the thermostat on the M113 V8 mercedes engine found in various Mercedes models including the E500, CLS500, SL500, ML500, GL500, and the M113K V8 which is found in the E55, SL55, CL55, and CLS55 AMG.

***YOU DON'T NEED TO PULL OUT THE RADIATOR TO REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT ON THIS ENGINE. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF REPLACING THE RADIATOR ON THIS CAR SO I THOUGHT I WOULD MAKE A THERMOSTAT VIDEO AS WELL. YOU MAY BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT WITHOUT REMOVING ANYTHING BUT THE UPPER HOSE AND THE THERMOSTAT. HOWEVER I RECOMMEND REMOVING THE FAN AT THE VERY LEAST TO GIVE YOU MORE WORKING ROOM.**
