One of the Republic’s most ruthless advantages shines here: our pirate ships can attack any civilization regardless of war, and every defeated naval unit is captured and added to our navy, giving us exponential control of the seas. Meanwhile, our distant colonies begin to form treasure fleets, fueling our economy and advancing us along the Exploration Age economic victory line.
