In 15 years of working on short sales , I personally have never had and issue like this with one . I guess there is always a first right ?

Imagine being the listing agent of a property and you find out that you are NOT the only one that has the right to sell the Short Sale Property ( You are reading this correctly) It seems the homeowner gave permission to both realtors to list and sell the house. Not telling the listing agents what was going on. Yes this really happen !!
