"For over 20yrs I had carried a huge trauma with me that affected the way I interact with others and also caused me so much shame and anxiety.
I went to Meagan a little sceptical, nervous and emotionally exhausted.
There is no way to describe the feeling of freedom after tapping and talking through your issues and at the end you dont have any emotions towards memories that had caused you to cry or feel sick before walking in.
I have had many counselling sessions, psychology apts but after a few days or weeks it still arises. Well it has been 6 weeks now and I still have a feeling of freedom and a sense of calmess.
