INGREDIENTS

Custard
Milk 1/2 liter
Custard powder 3 to 4 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 cup

Dry Apricot Dessert
Soaked dry apricot 1/2 kg
Suger 1 Cup
Almonds as per Required
Water 1/2 cup

Cream
Cream 1 1/2 cup
Icing Sugar 1/2 cup (optional)


TAREEKA:

Sokhi Khubaniyoon ko 6 say 8 ghantey tak pani mian bhigho k rakh dain.
Jab wo phool jai tu un k bech alag alag kar k us mian say badam nikal lain.
Ab eik pan mian khobani aur us ka pani dal kar , Us mian cheeni shamil karain aur 30 say 40 min tak achey say pakaey jab tak khobani gaal na jai .
Khobani ko achi tarah ghoot lain ager zororai mehsoos ho tu adha cup pani shamil kar key acha sa ghoda banalain , Ab us mian khobanhi k badam ur ager pasand ho tu sadey badam bhi shamil karlain.

Custard Bnaney k liye:

Adha kilo doodh mian adha cup cheeni dal kar ubaal lain aur us mian phir custard shamil karkey custard dal kar ghara honey tak pakaey aur thanda honey rakh dain.
Cream bananey k liye
Cream mian ager chahey tu pessi cheeni dal kar mix karlain.
Eik barey bartan mian pehley custard li the lagaey , Jab custard jam jai tu us per khobani k methey kit ah lagakar phir cream kit ah lagadain ..upper say badam dal kar paish karain.


METHOD:
Soaked apricot about 6, 8 hours.
Takeout Apricot almonds from its shell.
Take a pan and add soaked apricot with its remaining water and half cup of sugar and let them on heat approx 30 to 40 mins to be nicely cooked, If water is require so add the half cup of water and make fine paste and mixture of apricot dessert.

For Custard:

Boil Milk ,add half cup of sugar and custard powder and make thick consistency of custard and keep it to cool .

For Cream:

Add icing sugar in cream if you require and mix it well.
First assemble the custard layer into big bowl, After custard adjustment spread the apricot dessert over it as 2nd layer, Now decorate upper layer with cream and dry almonds over it.
