We flew all the way to Austin, TX to visit Spencer Johnson for one reason: A ruthless Annual Fee Audit.

The Rules were simple: We presented our current credit card loadout (the cards we actually pay annual fees for). If Spencer told us to cancel a card, we HAD to cancel it. We were allowed exactly one "Veto" to save a card if we disagreed.
