I spent just one night on the street, in a sleeping bag and by the time I woke up there was frost on my sleeping bag - thankfully for me it wasn't raining because that would have been horrendous! I did it for a homeless charity fund raiser. Just one night was enough to really make me appreciate how hard it must be to be homeless day in, day out!! I'm so grateful to have a roof over my head, a warm house and 3 meals a day. This song summarises some of the despair of the homeless. I hope it inspires those that listen to donate to their local homeless charity, wherever it may be in the world.
