BEST Thing to Do in CAGAYAN DE ORO Philippines - Whitewater Rafting

Cagayan de Oro has been named the adventure capital of the Philippines and the whitewater rafting adventure on the Cagayan de Oro River is one of the big reasons why. It is a 2 hour tour that takes you through 14 rapids. In the rainy season, there is the option to take an even longer tour with more rapids. This was both Abby's and my first time to do whitewater rafting and I can't think of a better place to do it than in CDO because it is beginner friendly with safe and knowledgeable guides. The views are beautiful too. I absolutely recommend whitewater rafting when you go to Cagayan de Oro City.
