You can cancel an order placed on Daraz.lk in several stages. Best stage is before process by the seller. You can just go to your order and press the cancel button. It is very important to cancel your order at this stage because you will not waste seller's time , wrapping , packaging etc.
The next is stage is processed and handed over to the courier. In this stage your cancel button will not work. Then you can call Daraz customer hotline and ask to cancel the order.
At last stage even when the courier call you for the delivery you can ask to cancel the order. But I do not recommend this.
The best thing is make your order correctly. Until then you can add to cart items and keep in the cart.
