The National Shrine and Parish of Saint Padre Pio is a parish church and pilgrimage site situated along Governor Antonio Carpio Avenue (Santo Tomas–Lipa Road) in Barangay San Pedro, Santo Tomas, Batangas, Philippines. It is consecrated to the Italian Saint Pio of Pietrelcina.

Aside from regular Sunday and daily masses Padre Pio Shrine in Batangas is also popular because of its architectural structure and museum. It is composed of different areas with the consistent design of driftwood, bamboo, indigenous materials, sawali, stones, and nipa leaves.
