GCF's Great Escape - Car Rally - 2023

Gloucestershire is a wonderful county, however is home to some of the worst poverty in the country. Poverty is about exclusion, its the inability to access what you need for a decent life, food to eat, clothing, access to decent housing, utilities to keep healthy and connected, transport to access work, education, and public services.

Rural poverty is an area that is often overlooked, access to services, employment and opportunities are limited for our young people. GCF's Great Escape, is our yearly fundraiser, to help fight poverty, by physically exploring what's on our doorstep, supporting local businesses who provide employment at the same time appreciating without a car or transport, you cant get around, therefore you will get left behind.

Why don't you come and join us for our 2024 event, as well as learning on this journey some of the facts about our county and why we all need to fight poverty, you will have fun either with family or friends or with your colleagues, you will be helping us to make Gloucestershire a great place to work, rest and play.
