Internet sensation Helen "Baddie Winkle" Vanwinkle has died at age 97. The influencer's great-granddaughter announced on the late star's Instagram account that she had passed away onSept. 4. "Yesterday, an era ended and a star ascended. My great grandmother Helen Ruth Elam Vanwinkle danced her way to heaven," the post read. "She was joy, rebellion, and tenderness wrapped in one. The crown is eternal, & her love on many realms will live forever. This isn't a goodbye, this is a See ya later my superstar.” Following the sad news, many fans and multiple Hollywood stars sent their condolences in the comments, including Paris Hilton, who wrote, "She was iconic. Sending love." The content creator became an online legend in the 2010sfor hanging out with A-listers and for her optimistic posts. Throughout the years she gained 3 million followers on Instagram, walked the red carpet the MTV Video Music Awards and joined Kacey Musgraves on stage at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2019.
