Simple games can use a simple detection method to detect Cheat Engine. They scan all running processes for strings in the file name, the folder name and inside the binary. To avoid this type of detection you can change the strings in the binary, I have done this for you already in this download. An Undetected Cheat Engine is also referred to as a UDCE. This is the official Guided Hacking UDCE download.

Undetected Cheat Engine (UDCE) is one of the key tools used for game hacking, which allows you to hack and mod any game you like. Many games use some sort of debugger detection to prevent tools such as Cheat Engine from being used to hack or mod them, and Undetected Cheat Engine is a modified version of Cheat Engine that bypases some of the simple anticheat and anti-debugger that games use to detect Cheat Engine.

How do games detect Cheat Engine?

Anticheat and antidebug tools, like any other program running on your computer, can use the Windows API to scan other running programs. One method of detecting Cheat Engine is to find every program and scan the window name, the folder name, and any strings inside the program. If they find the text "Cheat Engine" then they will assume that Cheat Engine is running and refuse to run or mark you as a cheater. The GuidedHacking Undetected Cheat Engine bypasses this sort of anticheat by changing every occurrence of the word "Cheat Engine" to something else, and this stops the string scanning from working. If we run our UDCE from a different directory then the directory scanning also fails, and that allows the UDCE download to bypass simple anticheat and debugger detection.

Games will use other methods to detect debuggers like Undetected Cheat Engine, so you must also use VEH Debugger in the UDCE settings to bypass debugger detection.

Installation of Undetected Cheat Engine:
- Download our the GH UDCE from the green button at the top right of the page
- Install Cheat Engine if you don't have it
- Copy the Cheat Engine Folder, rename it to something random
- Copy the files from the zip to your new random CE folder, overwrite the files
- Run it
- Ignore any errors you get
- Enable VEH debugger (to bypass debugger detection)

- Select "debugger options"
- Select "Use VEH Debugger

You will not be able to bypass anticheat until you get good at hacking first, but tools like Undetected Cheat Engine will be useful for bypassing basic anticheat and antidebugging methods.
