Drumstick Tomato Soup
Ingredients-
Drumsticks- 2-3 sticks or 1 cup
Butter- 2 Tsp
Garlic- 5-6 cloves (small)
Green chilli- 1/2 (optional)
Onion- 1 medium
Beetroot- 1/4 cup
Corriander stems- 2 Tbsp
Salt- to taste
Freshly ground black pepper- 1/4 Tsp
Oregano seasoning- 1/2 Tsp (optional)
Fresh basil leaves- 3-4 (optional)

Veg Thukpa Soup
Ingredients:
Bay leaf- 1
Black pepper- 8-10
Finely chopped ginger- 1 Tsp
Green / Red chilli- 1
Add sliced Onion- 1 small
Finely chopped tomato- 1 medium
Salt- 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 Tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 Tsp
Corriander powder- 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala powder- 1/4 Tsp
Red chilli chutney- 2-3 Tsp or Red chilli sauce- to taste

For chutney:
Roasted tomato- 1 small
Corriander stems- 1 Tsp
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Garlic- 8-10 small cloves
Red chilli- 1 (small)
Roasted peanuts- 1 Tsp (optional)
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 Tsp
Salt- 1/2 Tsp
Corriander stems- 2 Tbsp
Black pepper- 1/4 Tsp
White vinegar/ lemon juice- 1/2 Tsp
Soy sauce- 1 Tsp
Chilli oil- 1-2 Tsp
Fresh lemon juice- 1 Tsp or to taste

Kala chana soup
Ingredients:
1 cup - Black Gram (washed & soaked)
Bay leaves - 2
Salt - to taste
Water 4-5 cups
For masala:
1 Tbsp Black peppercorn
2 Tsp cumin seeds
Boiled chickpeas for paste - 1/2 cup
Chopped Onion 2-3 Tbsp total
Chopped Green Chillies (as required)
Fresh coriander leaves - 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice (as required)
Salt (as per taste)

Lemon Coriander Soup
Ingredients:
Oil - 1/2 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilli - 1/2 tbsp
Finely chopped carrots - 1/4 cup
French beans - 1/4 cup
Shredded cabbage - 1/4 cup
Frozen corn - 3 tbsp
Fresh coriander stem - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp or to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Red/ green and yellow capsicum - 3 tbsp
Sorghun (jowar) flour - 2 tbsp
Vegetable stock or hot water - 2 cups
Tofu - 1/4 cup
Spring onion greens - 2-3 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp.
