#Nathdwara in #Rajasthan, #India is a small town that is famous for Unique #PICHWAI paintings. I had the pleasure to visit eminent artist Mohan Lal Sharma’s family. He himself and his son Manish Sharma is national award-winning Puchwai artists. The unique aspect of PICHWAI art is #paintings created on cloths using #natural #colors based on #stories of #Lord #Krishna. These paintings are used as #decoratives in the background for idle worship.
