1998 Carrier 38YCC Heat Pump - Full Defrost Cycle, Plus Other HVAC Units Running

This video includes a 1998 1.5-ton Carrier 38YCC heat pump defrosting with steam, as well as a few other heat pumps and air conditioners I found on this property. Many of the units in this video weren't working well or were acting strange, including a Carrier 38BYB whose suction line was cold; it was either running in cool mode or not working in heat mode, a straight-cool OxBox that was running despite the cold weather, and another 38BYB that seemed like it went into defrost but the fan didn't turn off.
