In this video, I will be showing you how to make a Beetroot Kulambu/Curry. This is a curry which I make a lot for my family and they love eating it. This beetroot curry isnt very known by a lot of people, but it tastes really good and I know you will enjoy it. It goes well with any curry and people who have tried this now make it with there meals. Please enjoy watching and making this amazing Beetroot Kulambu/Curry :)

Beetroot Kulambu/Curry ingredients:
Beetroot - 3
Mustard seeds - ½ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Green chillies - 5
Shallots - around 16
Dried red chillies - 2
Garlic pieces - around 8
Lime - ½
Tomato - 1
Some curry leaves
Some pandan leaf
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Black pepper
Some oil
Coconut milk - ½ cup
