Today I am made Honeycomb Bread with chocolate and cream cheese filling surprise! This bread recipe is very easy and is a great sweet recipe for your sweet tooth. Watch full video to learn this fool proof recipe.

Surprise Honeycomb Bread with Chocolate and Cream Filling
Ingredients
For Dough
• Milk 3/4 cup (should be lukewarm)
• Sugar 1 teaspoon
• Instant yeast 1 teaspoon
• Salt 1/4 teaspoon
• Melted Butter 3 tablespoons
• Egg 1 (room temperature)
• All-purpose flour 2.5 cups
For Filling
• Cream cheese 2 tbsp in piping bag
• Chocolate Spread 2 tbsp, in piping bag
For Brushing
• 2 Egg yolks +1 tbsp water
For Topping
• Icing sugar
Preparation
1. Before starting the recipe melt 3 tablespoons of butter and let it cool to room temperature.
2. In a cup or bowl, add luke warm milk, sugar, salt, instant yeast and melted butter. Mix well to dissolve the yeast.
3. Add egg and whisk.
4. Cover and keep aside for 5-7 minutes for proofing. If the climate is too cold then it might take 10 minutes. Once ready you can see the froth on top of the mixture.
5. In a bowl, sift the all-purpose flour. Add the proofed yeast mixture and start mixing. Knead for 7-8 minutes until the dough is soft and smooth.
6. Shape the dough into a ball, apply some oil all over, cover and keep at a warm place to rise for half an hour to 45 minutes or until the dough has doubled in size.
7. Take the dough out and punch it down to deflate it. Divide into 32 pieces and roll into small balls.
8. Place the balls in greased 10 inch pan. Cover with a cloth and let it rise again for 20-30 minutes until again double in size.
9. Brush the dough balls with yolk and water mixture.
10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ˚C using upper and lower rod for 30 -35 minutes until the top looks golden.
11. Take the bread out of the oven and allow to come to room temperature.
12. Then prick holes in balls using a skewer.
13. Fill chocolate spread and cream cheese in the balls.
14. Cover with icing sugar.
15. Serve honeycomb bread with tea or coffee, enjoy!
