Vaya's training session 1 (10 weeks)

The day before I went to get my Belgian Tervueren Puppy, I was overexcited and bored and thought, hey let's look at Tervueren puppy training videos! Suffices to say I did not like the first ones that came up. No, you do not need an electric collar and a "firm hand" to train, no, a gentle kick is not the best way to get a puppy to learn to go from sit to stand... Those shortcuts or misbeliefs are simply unnecessary and hurtful to your relationship with your dog. And believe me, what you want the most with your Belgian Shepherd is TRUST. You want them confident with you and with their environment, so they can always sit back and think in order to make the right choice instead of reacting out of fear or overexcitement!
So I figured hey, why not post some of my training sessions with my pup. I don't pretend to be the best out there. I do pretend they are capable of learning well and fast without force and fear!
This is Vaya's very first session. None of the behaviors you see have been pre-trained, she has been with me for 3 days.
