To prepare this dish, you will need:

Chicken Fillet

Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz (500g)
Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 5 cloves
Soy sauce - 1.18 fl oz (35ml)
Oil - 0.68 fl oz (20ml)
Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 3 tablespoons
Sesame seeds - 0.42 oz (12g)

Noodles

Noodles - 7.05 oz (200g)
Oil - 0.85 fl oz (25ml)
Garlic - 5 cloves
Chili peppers - 2 pieces
Carrot - 1 large
Cabbage - 0.88 oz (25g)
Soy sauce - 1.69 fl oz (50ml)
Oyster sauce - 1.35 fl oz (40ml)
Crispy fried onions - 0.35 oz (10g)

Chicken Fillet

Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger powder, and soy sauce. Let it marinate for about an hour. Add oil to the pan. Add honey and heat, stirring over medium heat. When the honey is fully mixed with the oil, add the chicken fillet. Add chili pepper. Cook over medium-high heat until the sauce thickens. A couple of minutes before serving, add sesame seeds toasted to a golden brown at low heat.

Noodles

Add oil to the pan. Over medium heat, add finely chopped chili pepper and garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes. Add julienned carrots and sauté for about 3 minutes. Add chopped cabbage. Sauté the vegetables until they are half-cooked. The vegetables should be al dente. Cook the noodles according to the manufacturer’s instructions. I usually cook the noodles 1-2 minutes less and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process. Add the noodles to the vegetables. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry the noodles over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the noodles with crispy fried onions.

Enjoy your meal!
