As you guys noticed my characters reactions were a bit different to the canon.

Headcanon - Luna:

Pandora was Regulus Best Friend. Pandora had planned to male Regulus her childs Godfather if she ever had any since they had graduated Hogwarts, but then Regulus sadly died. Pandora though couldn’t stop missing him and had many pictures of him and their other friends which she showed Luna as a baby. Luna was very interested in the man in the pictures but Pandora never said more than: "He's your Godfather.".

Headcanon - Draco:

After Regulus death Narcissa grieved over her dead cousin. Not wanting the same to happen again Narcissa decided to talk about Regulus when Draco was young. Draco was interested in his mother cousin and what happened to him but everything Narcissa told him was that Regulus was a Death Eater and died in 1979.
