Each spring and fall the Mayor of our little town allows main street to be lined with cars and trucks of all description backed into the spaces. Those that have the desire are invited to cruise the street circling the typical hometown ice cream/hamburger joint and back again. We all burned gas as well as some rubber back in the day hoping Deputy Dawg wasn't paying too close attention.
So we mostly are old guys and gals that drag out our geriatric lawn chairs to align ourselves in the best location possible to even further poison our lungs with raw gas fumes and damage our already failing hearing just in an attempt to regain just an hour or two of memories from a time long passed.
So grab a brew....(or an Ensure), walking cane and a canvas folding chair, then come and sit on the street beside the Missus and me to enjoy the hot cars, hot chicks and sometimes ear-splitting noise !! #carcruise, #hotrod, #smallblockchevy
