Amitabh Bachchan needs no introduction today. He was born in Allahabad and lived in his Clive Road house in Allahabad aka Prayagraj house in his childhood. He studies in Boys' High School and College and then went to Delhi and then later on to Mumbai. His father Harivansh Rai Bachchan bought a house in Katghar Locality of Allahabad and it was in this house that he wrote a book called ' Madhushala' which became very popular. After the popularity of this book, Harivansh Rai Bachchan sold the Katghar house and shifted to a big bungalow on Clive Road which is close to Civil Lines and Rajapur Localities of Allahabad. It was here that Amitabh Bachchan or Big B was born. he has given a number of hit films in Bollywood like Sholay, Collie, Laawaris, Shahenshah, Don etc. he is also known as 'Angry Young Man' of Bollywood and now lives in a house called 'Jalsa' in Mumbai. Now is famous for his part in KBC or Kaun Banega Crorepati TV program. His son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter in law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had come to the CLive Raod house few years ago. Tourists coming to Allahabad can visit both the houses in a single day. Both the houses are close to Sangam - the confluence of three rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Sarawati. It is Sangam where Kumbh Mela is held every year, the biggest event of the Hindu religion in India.
