Ingredients 🧅🧄🥬🌶️

For Chicken Marination
Chicken (250g), cubed
1 tsp Turmeric powder
¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
A pinch Black Pepper Powder

For Frying
4 tbsp cooking oil

For mincing
1 medium Onion, (68g)
3 garlic (16g)
1 lemongrass (only white part) (10g)
3 NOS Bird’s eye chillies

For Making Coconut Milk
Add 100g shred coconut and 1 ½ cup water to a blender.
Blend and strain the milk.

For making curry
Reuse the oil for frying chicken
Minced ingredients
1 ½ tsp Chili Powder
1 ½ cup Coconut milk
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Fried Chicken
½ tsp Himalayan Salt
5 NOS Kaffir Leaves
1 tsp Lime Zest
2 tsp Lime juice
5 Flat beans
5 Cherry Tomatoes
