The Patterson Pope process is one born of fire and pressure. Forged in the darkest of nights by brave men and women. Ok, that might be a little dramatic, but we do love solving storage problems.

Here is a rundown of the four-step process that we employ to do just that.

Step One – Survey and analysis
There are no cookie cutter problems in the world of storage, so we won’t be applying cookie cutter solutions. We like to learn how our clients work while sizing up their space. Then we “co-develop” a solution with them – combining our experience and expertise with their knowledge of their situation to custom design a solution that best solves their challenge.

Step Two – Planning and design
The collaboration continues in step two – this time internally – as our reps work closely with our designers and planners to start putting together the pieces of the puzzle. Our trained and certified planners understand and account for potential issues like code compliance, floor weight loads, ADA and fire compliance, and security. Our team works together on a comprehensive plan, which is then delivered back to the client for their input – yep, you guessed it – more collaboration.

Step Three – Installation
Once the solution is on order, our installation team cranks up. With our dedicated project managers and certified installation crews, we begin to bring the project to life. In our 50 years of solving space and storage problems, we have mastered the dance – we work well with architects, designers, GCs, engineers, and other subcontractors on the project. We are flexible with our schedule, working off-hours if needed, and adjust to the intricacies of the situation, whether it be existing space, new construction, renovation, or a move. The bottom line is – we install it right or we make it right.

Step Four – Ongoing support
A completed project is not the end, it is more like a new beginning. Patting a client on the back and wishing them good luck has never been our style. Our ongoing support includes training our clients on their new equipment, being on call to handle any issues, and providing service and maintenance contracts to ensure the equipment provides value for many years to come. We work with the top equipment suppliers in the industry who stand behind their products – and we do too!
