As the VP of Crop Protection and Seed at Premier Companies, Mark has been asking to join the podcast for the last 50 episodes, and he’s thrilled to be here. Brad is not the Vice President of Chemistry Across the Whole Country, but he IS the Field Marketing Director at WinField United, so these two guests are uniquely positioned to shine some light on these topics.

Ryan, Sal, Mark, and Brad shine light on how reliance on tech from overseas, port issues, droughts, and even the Olympics have driven the cost of goods up over the last year. Adding insult to injury, there has been a shortage of drivers, plant breakdowns, and chemical shortages. Mark shares some of the challenges Premier Companies faced last year with regard to supply, allocations, and pricing and how they were still able to take care of their growers through it all.
