In this video I am getting ready for Sukkot! Also called Sukkos! I explain briefly what this important Jewish holiday is and how I celebrate it as an Orthodox Jew. I also take you through a day in my Orthodox Jewish life as I prepare for the holiday of Sukkot which is part of the Jewish High Holidays. I decorate the Sukkah, prepare desserts, welcome guests and their gifts, discuss traditions around Sukkot such as sleeping in the sukkah, and get ready to light my yom tov (holiday) candles to officially bring in the holiday of Sukkot.
