Описание к видео Android device not charging normally or does not turn on, follow these steps(100% fix ) in 5 steps.

If your device is not charging normally or does not turn on. These steps are used for all the android devices like Pixel's, Moto, LG, Nexus, Huawei, OnePlus, Samsung, etc, (100%) fix in 5 steps.
Step 1: Troubleshoot your cable, charger, outlet & case
• Different chargers deliver different amounts of power. Overcharging or undercharging the device can cause it to charge slowly (or not at all) or even damage the battery and charging abilities of the device.
• Use the charger and cable that came with your phone. To check that the charger and cable are working, try them with another device.
• Check that the cable is securely connected to the charger and to your phone. Check that there's nothing in your phone's port, like dust or lint.
• Plug the charger into a wall outlet. To check that the outlet is working, plug in something else, like a lamp.
• Check that no accessories, like cases or battery packs, cover your phone's sensors or press its buttons.
• Check and blow into the device's power port to remove any lint or dust that may be preventing the device from charging properly.
Step 2: Troubleshoot your battery charge
Within 1 minute after you've plugged in your Pixel phone with a working cable, charger, and outlet:
• If you see a battery icon, your phone is powered off and is charging. You can restart right away.
• On Pixel, if you see a red light, your battery is fully discharged. If the red light is flashing, there isn't enough power to turn on. Charge your phone for at least 30 minutes before restarting.
To restart your phone, press and hold the power button for a few seconds. Then, on your screen, tap Restart.
Step 3: Depending on your device's battery, try (A) or (B) below.
A. If your device shows the low battery/charge icon when you power it on, go through the Android bootloader to get the device to charge. With the device powered off, follow these steps based on your device:
o Press and hold Volume down for 3 seconds. Then, while still holding Volume down, press and hold Power.
o The device should load a bootloader screen with a picture of an Android and the word 'Start' with highlight around it.
o Use the volume buttons to cycle through the options until you see 'Power off.' Then press the power button on the device to select the 'Power off' option.
o Unplug the device and quickly (within 10 seconds) plug it back in. The device should charge normally.
o If after one minute your device isn't charging, go to Step 4.
B. If the issue still persist, try this few more steps on your Android device.
If you don't see a battery icon or red light after you plug in your Pixel phone, the issue could be with your screen.

1. Press the power button for about 30 seconds.
2. Wait for about 2 minutes.
3. Make your phone ring. You can call it from another phone or use Find My Device.
4. If your phone rings, learn how to troubleshoot your screen. I have uploaded a different video for it.
C. If your device's battery has enough charge to stay on, check for the latest Android OS and restart your device. To do this:
i. Open your device's Settings app.
ii. Tap About Phone or About Tablet then System updates.
iii. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install it on your device (for some devices, you may need to tap Download updates manually, or go to Software update then Update now).
iv. Let the device update and restart.
o If your device isn't charging after powering on the device, go to Step 4.
o If your device is up to date, manually restart the device.
Step 4: Other Troubleshooting.
• Try charging through a different power outlet.
• If possible, try charging through a computer using the USB cable.
• If possible, try charging through a different adapter.
• If possible, try charging a different device (tablet, phone, or Bluetooth) to see if the charger works.
Step 5: If the issue still persist tryTroubleshoot with advanced steps
Option 1: Troubleshoot by connecting to a computer
1. Unplug the cable from the charger.
2. Check that your computer is on and connected to a power source.
3. Connect your phone to your computer's USB port with the cable that came with your phone.
4. Wait 10-15 minutes.
5. Disconnect and reconnect the cable from your phone within 10 seconds.
6. Within 1 minute:
• If you see a battery icon, your phone is powered off and is charging.
• If you see a red light, your battery is fully discharged. If the red light is flashing, there isn't enough power to turn on.
7. Charge your phone for at least 30 minutes.
8. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds.
9. On your screen, tap Restart.
If your phone still won't charge, turn on, start, or stay on, contact your phone provider from where you purchased the phone from and check for warranty options.
