How to take action in your life? You need self-motivation for that and a change in mindset!

I decided to take action in my life and to challenge myself, I will be climbing the Kilimanjaro in October with a friend.

I just said Yes to a great opportunity I had... I applied the Yes Theory!


I will be raising funds for the occasion in the memory of my friend who sadly passed away few weeks ago.

It is always easier to stay in our comfort zone and to postpone our goals and dreams.

It requires self-motivation and discipline to push ourselves out of this zone in order to achieve more and reach or go beyond our own limits.

Every year we should all give ourselves a challenge, something to work for and be proud of!
