The festive season is just around the corner and you're wondering what desserts you will have. Well worry not. This low carb, guilt free fudge is so tasty that no one would know that there's only 1.2g net carbs and 120 calories in each piece.

Ingredients
110g Unsalted butter
1 cup or 250g Almond Butter
1/3 cup Brown Sugar - I used Stevia (Erythritol)
1/4 tsp Salt
1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Allspice

Instructions
Add butter to a saucepan with the brown sugar, and melt over low heat, stirring consistently until the sugar has melted.
Add the Almond Butter and the remaining ingredients, and continue stirring on a low heat.
Once the butter has melted and the ingredients have all mixed together, remove from the heat.
Pour into a 8 x 8 lined baking tray, and set in the fridge for 2 hours or freezer for at least an hour.
Once set, and cut into 20 equal size squares.
Store up to 10 days in the fridge, or up to a month in the freezer.

Each piece of fudge has only 1.2g net carbs and 120 calories
