An evil man, Stalin was also cunning and brilliant and made use of his position as the General Secretary, a title the other leaders foolishly didn't think much for, but in actuality, held the "keys to the kingdom". Though we might blame Democrats for all our political roadblocks, it is the power and influence of the administrative state that the right must be worried about.
