(175) How to make Cuban Coffee / Café Cubano on an Espresso Machine home by Malaysia Barista

Café Cubano, also called Cuban Espresso , Cuban Coffee, Cafecito, Cuban Shot is an Espresso prepared by adding brown sugar with Italian or Spanish Espresso. This commonly consumed in Cuban communities worldwide that includes Cuba, Miami, Tampa, Florida Keys.

This taste fantastic. Do adjust the amount of brown sugar adjusting based on your taste preference.

Recipe:
14g Italian Ground Coffee
1-2 Teaspoon brown sugar
