ORENITRAM SELECT IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Orenitram is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child Pugh Class C).
Warnings and precautions for Orenitram:
Do not abruptly discontinue dosing.
In patients with diverticulosis, Orenitram tablets can become lodged in a diverticulum.
The most common adverse reactions observed with Orenitram are headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, flushing, jaw pain, extremity pain, hypokalemia, abdominal discomfort, and upper abdominal pain.
