Penzar Development just introduced an improved and faster SPICE simulator. One of the features they improved was the FRA. The FRA now saves all of the node's voltages and currents at steady state, stores those values, and reloads the values on subsequent FRA sweeps. The new algorithm reduced simulation time by 4 to 6 time. I show how to setup the simulator and show the FRA results and compare them with actual data taken on my Bode 100.
