How to Crochet 2 Strand Buffalo Plaid (Buffalo Check) | Only 2 Yarn Colors Needed!

Like many others, I've come to love Buffalo Plaid for Christmas decorations. So today I'm sharing how to crochet 2 strand buffalo plaid! The beauty of this method is that you only need 2 yarn colors, and you can create perfectly variegated blocks no matter your color scheme. Use this pattern to create Christmas pillow covers, a chunky blanket, or a cozy scarf in your favorite team's colors. The tutorial ran a little bit longer than I was hoping, but I wanted to make sure everything was covered thoroughly. 😄

(I prefer tapered Boye hooks over the in line Susan Bate's hooks, but it appears Boye has stopped producing a 9mm tapered hook. The hook I used in the video is named "N", but now Boye size N hooks measure 10mm. So the Susan Bate's is a great alternative if you want to use a 9mm hook for this project.)
