Steps to check and find solution when your head unit got white screen
1. Please connect power supply to the head unit, and wait 1 minute
2. Test sound:
A. please put some music to USB/SD card without any folder, then connect to head unit(only for the situation you set the machine to "allowed to play music automatically when USB/SD inserted").
B. If your head unit has "Band" button, please long press this button.
C. If your head unit has DVD/CD slot, you can test sound through playing music CD.
3. If you can hear sound, please off the power, then open the main engine and check ribbons for display screen. Please unplug the ribbon and reconnect it. This way will fix this problem.
4. If it does NOT fix this issue, it requires replacing the whole front panel.
