This Galaxy A51 arrived with a broken screen — not the original, but a cheap aftermarket TFT that someone had already installed before. The touch and colors were poor even when it worked, and the screen was now completely shattered.

In this video, I replace the damaged TFT with a brand-new aftermarket OLED screen with frame, giving the device much better display quality.
While I was inside, I also gave the phone a proper cleaning to remove all dust and debris.

Now the A51 is ready for a fresh start — and this time, with a proper screen!
