This Meditation helps establish a deep bond and connection with your horse within the stable environment
horses naturally synch their heartbeats with the horses around them when relaxed
make sure you can spend the quite time with your horse for the next 5 minutes without being disturbed, so you can experience this connection
Enter the stable and settle in a quiet and comfortable corner
You can stand relaxed, or sit, whichever helps you feel relaxed, calm and comfortable.
Close your eyes
We start with a few grounding breathes
Breathing in, filling your lungs, feeling relaxed, calm and comfortable
Breathing out, feeling your worries, pains and aches wash away
Breathing in, feeling relaxed, calm and comfortable
breathing out, in sync with the natural world around you
Breathing in, filling not just your lungs, but every being of your body with air and life
Breathing out, become more relaxed, more calm, more comfortable
Keep breathing in and out, listen to your breath, feel the life giving air
