Ingredients
1.for saute vegetables
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter,g,g,c,paste
Boiled 1 cup broccoli,corn,carrot,
Salt for seasoning
1 tsp pepper powder
Mix bell pepper 1/2 cup
2.for gravy.
1 tbsp oil,1 tbsp butter,
1 tbsp ap flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp chilli powder,
1/2 tsp coriander powder,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp tandoori masala,salt,
1/2 tsp curry masala
1/2 tsp kasuri Methi
1/2 tsp balck salt
1/2 tsp black pepper,
3.for spinach rice
Spinach gravy
G,g,c paste
1 sliced onion
Cooked rice 3 cup
Peprika 1/2 tsp
1/2 tbsp black pepper
Salt,lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Butter,oil,1 tbsp
For garnish,
Coriander
Paneer,peprika,lime
Recipe:
1.keep ready boil vegetables
2.heat a pan add ghee,oil,g,g,c,paste
3.add carrots,corn and broccoli (parboiled veggies)
4.add tri colours bell peppers
5.seasoning as per your preference or as shown in the video & stir fry
6.keep this aside and take another pan add oil,ghee,
7.add ap flour and saute until golden brown
8.add cold milk and mix constantly
9.add spices and veggies and keep this ready aside
10.start for spinach rice take a wok add oil,butter,Ggc paste
Add sliced onion and boil spinach purée add cooked rice and finish
With lime,black pepper,salt,coriander
Garnish with paneer shredded,coriander,lime.
Enjoy delicious creamy tandoori veggie gravy with spinach rice.
