If you feel like you've seen the Air Jordan 1 Low OG ‘Mocha’ before, that's probably because you have. Four years ago, Jordan Brand took the wraps off of the Air Jordan 1 High OG ‘Mocha.’ It sold out insanely fast, and even after all this time, pairs are still reselling for around £800 over on StockX. For those who lost out (which was pretty much everyone), this low-top version is the best alternative.

An almost one-to-one recreation of the original, the ‘Mocha’ sits on a white base, and is overlaid by black leather across the toebox and lacing system, and ‘Palomino’ brown suede along the heel. A Nike Swoosh hits the lateral and medial sidewalls (as per usual), and around the back, you'll find the legendary winged basketball emblem.

But unlike the OG from ‘20, the high-top design has been cut down to a low-top profile. It doesn’t provide as much support in the game, but, let's face it, basketball sneakers transcended the limits of the court a long time ago. All of this then rests on top of a retro-esque Air midsole, which is very, very similar to the one on the ‘Lost & Found.’

Elle s'est vendu incroyablement rapidement, et même après tout ce temps, les paires sont toujours revendues pour environ 800$ sur StockX. Pour ceux qui l’ont manqué (ce qui était à peu près tout le monde), cette version low-top est la meilleure alternative.

Une reconstitution presque parfaite de l'original, la "Mocha" se trouve sur une base blanche et est recouvert de cuir noir à travers la toebox et le système de laçage, et du daim marron "Palomino" le long du talon. Un Swoosh frappe les parois latérales et médianes (comme d'habitude), et autour de l'arrière, vous trouverez le légendaire Jordan Wings.

Mais contrairement à l’originale de 2020, le design haut a été réduit à un low-top. Cela ne donne pas autant de soutien dans le jeu, mais, soyons sérieux, les baskets de basket-ball ont transcendé les limites du terrain il y a longtemps et le confort et technologies des AJ1 n’ont plus pour but de jouer. Tout cela repose ensuite sur une semelle intermédiaire Air rétro, qui est très, très similaire à celle du "Lost & Found".
