found (another) fav place in korea | damyang & gwangju vlog🧡

The 2 days 1 night which I spent in damyang and gwangju had been marvelous and fruitful. Throughout this trip I enjoyed beautiful nature sceneries which I don't often see, learnt about the history of gwangju, experienced the arts and culture that are deeply ingrained in the local community, ate good food, and did some shopping. More importantly, I could feel the sense of hospitality and generosity that transcends language barriers when I was away from home, which was genuinely heart-warming.

This trip marks a big step forward towards my travel goal - 'travelling like a local'. 👣
