The Best Phoenix Cradle Build (I could come up with)

I'm probably hurting myself by not pretending that this is the best build ever but I'd rather be upfront about the builds I make. In my last video I asked if any of you wanted a build based on a particular exotic, and someone suggested Phoenix cradle. Truthfully, Phoenix Cradle is suffering at the moment. It can only hang thanks in large part to artifact mods, and even then Precious Scars is genuinely better in most content. But sometimes its not about whats best, but what you have more fun playing. Phoenix Cradle lets you play more aggressively with your abilities while supporting your allies. I hope you enjoy the build.
