I-56 is a Completely Balanced Submarine

The Water is speaking Japanese.

Perhaps the closest thing to Kantai Kessen in ship form. I-56 rewards precise and calculated attacks, and has the least margin of error to mistakes compared to other Submarines in WoWS. Ping and homing torpedoes? That wouldn't be necessary.

Oh and it has a controllable deck gun.
