It's a compliment when I call Calgary Stampeder great Jon Cornish a beast. He's such a beast that there's a trophy named after Jon Cornish to recognize the top Canadian in NCAA Football. This award will put the Canadian Football League (CFL) and Calgary Stampeders on the football map even more as more Canadians have played in the NCAA.

Jon Cornish played at University of Kansas before being drafted by the Calgary Stampeders in 2006 at the Canadian College Draft. In over nine seasons with the Calgary Stampeders Jon Cornish won two Grey Cups in 2008 and 2014. As well won the Top Canadian in three straight seasons from 2012-2014.

I feel 2013 was his finest season by also capturing the Lou Marsh Award and Most Outstanding Player as well breaking Normie Kwong's record of most yards by a Canadian running back in a season.

I also go over who won the Jon Cornish Trophy in the video and share some pictures from various sources which all belongs to their respective owners. Congratulations Jon Cornish on a great career and having a trophy named after. He's a beast.
